
Unified Talent Group is partnered with a growing organization seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth and develop long-term customer relationships throughout an assigned territory in the Northeastern United States.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills, business acumen, integrity, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and profitability goals
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, email, telephone outreach, and face-to-face meetings
- Manage and grow existing accounts while establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently follow up throughout the sales process
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
- Identify opportunities involving replacements, expansions, new projects, and additional customer needs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and requests
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support satisfaction, retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal departments to meet customer commitments and territory objectives
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, pipeline, and sales activity information
- Complete required reports, documentation, and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time
- Represent the organization professionally and protect confidential customer, pricing, and company information

- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and account management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and present effective solutions

- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
