What You’ll Do

Be a Strategic Partner to the Business

  • Partner with senior and functional leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance improvement planning.
  • Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies that drive growth and cultural excellence.

Elevate Talent & Performance

  • Lead and enhance performance management processes, including merit and annual review cycles.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Cultivate partnerships with universities, staffing agencies, and recruitment

Champion Engagement & Development

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual leadership development programs and training
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide talent development and succession planning
  • Identify and implement innovative HR programs that improve organizational

Ensure Excellence & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and advocate on all HR processes and
  • Leverage HR systems (UKG and ATS preferred) to support data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s and/or HR certification preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Management, or HR Generalist roles
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
