Regional Director of Operations
Location: Miami / Fort Lauderdale, FL
Overview
Unified Talent Group is partnered with a multi-site healthcare organization seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead operations across 15+ practices in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership focused on operational consistency, financial performance, and people development, while partnering closely with senior leadership and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across a multi-location region, ensuring consistent execution of workflows, patient experience standards, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional and Office Managers, building leadership capability and supporting succession planning
- Drive regional financial performance, including revenue growth, EBITDA results, and expense management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, compliance, or personnel issues within the region
- Partner with corporate teams to implement enterprise initiatives and support growth, including integration of newly acquired practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8–10+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong financial and people leadership skills
- Ability to manage complexity and lead change across large regions
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region (up to ~75%)Top of FormBottom of Form
