Unified Talent Group has partnered with an industry leader in the north Dayton, OH area, in search of a Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of innovative products.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify market opportunities, develop customer-focused solutions, and drive revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, support new product development, and play a key role in long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that support business growth objectives
- Build and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation
- Lead product lifecycle management activities from concept through commercialization
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market position and product value
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and ongoing product performance
- Provide product training and support to sales teams and channel partners
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and market share
- Support strategic planning initiatives and long-term product portfolio development
- Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and customer satisfaction for assigned product lines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting new product development, product management, or project management initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an MBA or advanced technical degree
- 5+ years of product management or new product development experience
- Proven success leading product commercialization initiatives
- Experience with Power BI or advanced data analytics tools
- Manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products experience
