The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and driving growth across domestic and international markets. This role requires strong strategic acumen, disciplined sales management, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support company growth
- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of sales and support
- Improve sales effectiveness through structured processes, performance scorecards, and sales management
- Strengthening relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
- Demonstrated success in strategic B2B sales
- Proven ability to develop teams, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable results.
- Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of market
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong
- Experience in B2B manufacturing; familiarity with technical products and heat transfer
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and marketing
- Ability to travel up to 25%
