In this leadership position, you’ll drive performance across cost, schedule, and technical execution while shaping strategy, strengthening customer partnerships, and championing continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Lead End-to-End Program Execution
Take full responsibility for program performance—owning cost, schedule, and technical outcomes from initiation through delivery. - Drive Customer Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading program reviews and ensuring alignment on performance, expectations, and long-term goals. - Shape Strategy & Growth
Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and business planning efforts. Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and grow customer relationships. - Guide Cross-Functional Teams
Direct and inspire teams across engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions to achieve program milestones and deliver results. - Ensure Operational Excellence
Establish program plans, define milestones, and proactively identify and resolve risks to keep programs on track. - Champion Innovation & Quality
Promote continuous quality improvement and drive initiatives that enhance processes, performance, and customer satisfaction. - Communicate with Impact
Deliver clear, compelling updates and presentations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
What You Bring
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - Experience
- 10+ years of related experience, including program or project leadership
- Proven success managing complex, large-scale programs
- Leadership Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a dynamic environment. - Communication & Technical Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external customers
