Michelle DeWeese brings over two decades of proven success in talent acquisition, with a career defined by building high-performing teams across a wide range of industries. For for the past 20 years, Michelle has specialized in talent acquisition for the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Michelle holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their two Aussiedoodles, Zoe and Harper.

Shawn DeWeese brings a relationship-based approach to recruiting, shaped by more than 25 years in business development, data analytics, and customer retention leadership roles. His career has been built on understanding how organizations grow, how teams perform, and how the right people make measurable impact — giving him a practical, real-world lens when evaluating both talent and opportunity.

Known for his thoughtful listening style and steady, consultative approach, Shawn builds trust quickly with hiring leaders and candidates alike.

Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of the Cumberlands. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys playing golf and pickleball and spending time with his twin boys, Caden and Carsten. Being a father is central to who he is, and it fuels his commitment to doing what’s right, every time, and leading by example in both career and community.

Kathya Suchan has over ten years of successful talent acquisition experience and holds the role of Recruiting Manager at Unified Talent Group. Kathya specializes in connecting top-tier talent with organizations across finance, accounting, legal, HR, sales, manufacturing, and professional services. Kathya takes pride in understanding the unique requirements of each role and tailoring her search to align both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Her goal is to create meaningful, lasting placements that not only meet business needs but also support long-term success for candidates and clients alike. Kathya is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
